What is a tokenized asset
How a real asset is represented as a digital security and what changes for the investor.
The idea in one line
A tokenized asset is a right over a real asset (for example, a stake in a real estate development) represented as a digital record that can be administered and audited with more transparency.
What changes and what does not
What changes is the administration: the register of stakes, the use of funds, and the documents become traceable and verifiable. What does not change is the nature of the risk: you are still investing in a real project, with its timelines and its uncertainty.
Two rails
- Formal rail: your position lives in the trustee's register and is mirrored in the app. You need no wallet and no crypto.
- On-chain rail: you link your own wallet and can read information on a public test network.
In this version
The v0.1 platform issues no value-bearing token and moves no money. It helps you understand the project, follow its progress with transparency, and register your interest.
