Controller and purpose

We process your personal data to respond to your interest, contact you about the platform, and, if you continue, manage your identity process. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Argentina Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection).

What data we process

Email, declared jurisdiction, and, during onboarding, the profile data you enter. We do not store identity document images: those files live with the KYC provider, and we keep only references and statuses. We do not store raw IP addresses, only a hashed value.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, update, and deletion of your data. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as the relationship or the declared interest lasts. We apply access controls and encryption of sensitive fields.
