All three paths in this guide start at this same form, but only the investor one proceeds without a grant. A developer and an admin have to be enabled by somebody: if you sign up expecting either one and land on an investor dashboard, you did nothing wrong, you are waiting.
Investorno role grant neededsee the steps
The only path that needs no role grant. You do not walk it entirely alone: compliance approves your KYC and the platform has to issue your invitation code. The opportunity page shows you at every point what is still missing.
- 1Create the account here with your name, email and password.
- 2Confirm your email. The link brings you back with a session open in that same browser; from another device, sign in again.
- 3Complete your profile: jurisdiction and whether you are a US person. While that declaration is unanswered access stays closed; no is not assumed.
- 4Submit your KYC. Compliance reviews it; it is not approved automatically.
- 5Redeem your invitation code. Without a code the terms are not visible: this is a private placement and the number of invited investors is capped by regulation.
- 6With all four requirements met the offering opens and you can sign a manifestation of interest.
- A manifestation of interest is not a subscription. In this version the platform moves no money, issues no value-bearing token, and neither side is bound.
- Your investor category (RG 1088/2025 art. 4) is determined by the team against documentary evidence, not self-declared. It decides which cap you count against, and that cap has consequences: when it is full, the platform can refuse an invitation redemption or a signature.
- Two-step verification is optional for investors and recommended. Enable it from Security.
Developer, owner of a SKUsomeone must enable yousee the steps
There is no way to assign yourself a project. You register like anyone else and then an admin links you to the SKU you develop.
- 1Create the account here, with the same form an investor uses.
- 2Ask a platform admin to assign you as owner of your offering. The permission is an explicit per-SKU grant, not a label on your profile.
- 3Enable two-step verification. For you it is mandatory: your surface lives in the back office and there is no entry without a second factor.
- 4That opens My project: construction progress and certificates, the contract value the published percentage rests on, your share of the waterfall, and aggregate placement.
- You see your own offering and nothing else. No investor data, no KYC, no individual commitments, no other offerings.
- Certificates you load arrive as drafts. Publishing them stays with an admin, because publishing anchors an attestation and the hand that measures should not be the hand that attests.
Platform administratorsomeone must enable yousee the steps
Also not self-service, deliberately: this is the role that can approve KYC, issue invitations and publish attestations.
- 1Create the account here.
- 2Have another admin promote you from user management. On a new instance, where there is none yet, the first one is promoted with a deploy variable documented in the runbook and then removed.
- 3Enable two-step verification. It is mandatory with no exception: the whole back office requires it.
- 4That gives you the whole back office: users, compliance, investors, commitments, offerings, certificates, invitations, imports, jurisdictions, content, documents, legal documents, telemetry, the viewer surface and the audit trail.
- Every sensitive action lands in an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted, not even by an admin.
- There are three other roles besides this one. Compliance reviews identity: it is not read-only, it approves or rejects KYC and records risk findings, but it does not touch offerings or certificates. Trustee is the only read-only role, for an outside party auditing without being able to change anything. And developer, who sees their own SKU.
